Ohio State’s crushing loss to USC sparked tough questions about every unit on the Buckeyes roster. With blame swirling, quarterback Luke Fahey’s first career start drew scrutiny, but was he really the culprit? The spotlight shifts onto the offensive line’s failures, the inconsistency among wide receivers aside from Jeremiah Smith, and missed red-zone opportunities that left fans frustrated.
On defense, breakdowns in scheme execution exposed cracks, with the defensive line and linebackers missing assignments and tackles at key moments. Can coaching adjustments and sharper discipline turn things around for Ohio State, or will these mistakes haunt the rest of the season? The pressure is mounting and every position group has something to prove.
